I'm still locking my sheds at nights..... Are there any Crimestopper rewards for dobbing in a vagrant I wonder? I wonder if a person who owns a car IS, in fact, a vagrant? The Wic 's words are "A vagrant is a person in poverty, who wanders from place to place without a home OR regular employment or income." The salient word here is “OR” so I guess you ARE a Vagrant. Now to find out if rewards are offered for grassing up these Anti-Establishment types!
